December 2020 shipping deadlines
To ensure your parcels reach you before December 25th, our couriers have advised to order by the following:
Australia: Wednesday 16th of December
International (outside of Australia): Monday 23rd of November
Ere Perez offers 2 delivery options.
- National Delivery (within Australia only)
- Shipped to most metropolitan areas the day after the order is processed.
- However, please allow 1 – 5 working days for your order to reach you.
- International Delivery (all locations outside of Australia)
- Shipped worldwide the day after we receive the order.
- Please allow 7 – 21 working days for your order to reach you.

Delivery costs will be stated on the website at the time of order. We use reputable courier companies and Australia Post to ship orders, and operate a Monday to Friday service for both our National and International Delivery options. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our Delivery Options, but your order will not require a signature upon delivery.
Please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of high promotional activity along with circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather, processing may take longer and certain services may be removed.
All orders are security sealed before shipping, so please advise us if your package has arrived in a state that is unsatisfactory due to obvious tampering. In this event, please contact us on + 61 2 9130 3582 and our helpful customer service team will assist you.
refunds & exchanges
We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days, and offer an exchange on all goods returned within 28 days. To exercise your cancellation rights, you must notify us within 7 working days from the day after you received your order. However, please note that orders already shipped must be received back by us before a refund can be issued.
Please be aware that for hygiene reasons, we can only offer an exchange/refund on items that are in resalable condition. For our purposes and hygiene reasons, this implies that goods have not been opened or used.
Any protective packaging received with your goods, such as boxes should be returned along with your items in order to receive a refund or exchange.
You should return your items via a registered postal service if possible, as Ere Perez cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will, however, refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it has reached us and been confirmed as faulty.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity, processing may take longer.
customs & duty
Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
pricing & promotions
Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of reduced priced items or reimburse you the difference after your order has been accepted. Please note that promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
placing an order
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Once you have placed the order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Please be advised, this email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
When placing your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card. Payment will be not be taken until your order has been accepted. We carry out security checks on all orders and may cancel your order should it fail these checks, at which you will be notified.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the item ordered is out of stock or other such reasons, but will endeavour to satisfy your order to the best of our ability. In the unlikely event that your ordered goods are unavailable, we will notify you before proceeding.
cancelling an order
You may cancel an order at any time up until the point of when the goods are being dispatched, after which you will need to return the items to us, in order to receive a refund. To cancel an order, please contact our excellent customer services team on + 61 2 9130 3582.
