If you’ve been struck down with the dreaded flu in the last week or two as it seems everyone has,
here’s the best remedy Ere has.

Directions:
• Put juice of two washed lemons and two spoons of honey into a mug.  
• Boil one spoon of dried oregano; half a (Spanish) onion; one clove of garlic; the skins left from the lemons.
• Make a tea from this and strain the tea and serve in the mug that has the juice and honey in it.
• Have one in the morning and one before bed, a very good sleep and sweat under cosy quilt.
• Use eucalyptus oil to rub into chest and feet.

Melon juice is rich in A, B and C vitamins and brilliant for healthy skin and nervous system. For March,
make melon juice your daily tonic and see how much better you look and feel!

Tips:
• Choose firm melonsthat have a sweet smell and a soft spot opposite the stem end.
• Also heavy melons have more water content and therefore make better juice.

Our amazingly refreshing & nourishing bath oil recipe will have you feeling amazing and you’ll smell gorgeous for hours and hours!

Directions:
• Put five drops of grapefruit oil and five drops of orange oil and three table spoons of sweet almond oil into your bath.
• Lie back and enjoy the invigorating feeling and amazing fragrance.  
• You’ll feel amazing and you’ll smell gorgeous for hours and hours!

We all know that chamomile is a great nourisher and soother (which is why we make our eye colours with it!), and it’s also great for a home facial to deep cleanse the skin, relaxing the pores and boosting circulation.

Directions:
• Bring 15g of dried chamomile flowers in 600 ml of water to boil to make a strong infusion.
• Once boiled leave to stand for 30 minutes, then strain.
• Reheat the infusion, pour into a bowl and keep your face about 30 cm above the steam, covering both your head and basin with the towel for about 30 seconds.
• Take a break and repeat three times (this should be avoided by those with tendency to thread veins).
